 Sorry for the delay in answering. I liked the  book a lot, and
 in fact would happily consider it officially for North-Holland if
 you would like. There is no chance of using it in my current class
 which is too low level, but i would like updates. I do have some 
 complaints which I plan to send. Basically they are that you are a 
 little too slick in the examples and that the overt polemical
 material is counter-productive.   Jerry F.
